The products listed on our website, we believe that they are the best customers can get at the price. We have listed our Refund policy so that in case you decide to cancel your order or seek refunds, you do not face a problem. We sincerely request you to acknowledge the following returns and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it can’t be cancelled in any way. You are requested to check your order details before confirming it. If you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, we may not give you a refund or exchange.

Suppose that your order is not processed, cannot be procured, or shipped to you within a specific time due to unavoidable circumstances or situations beyond our control. In that case, the order would have been cancelled, and the total amount will be refunded to you.

Product Return & Replacement Policy

We advise our customers to double-check the ordered product right after receiving it. Please make sure that the original packaging is intact when you pick up the product. Unfortunately, if you receive another product you didn’t order, please contact us immediately. Our team of professionals will inspect it and arrange for delivery of the actual ordered product.

If you get a ripped or defective product, then please refuse the package and contact us immediately. Although we may not send you the same product (depends on the availability), we’ll replace it with another one of your choices without any cost. Regarding the replacement, you have 48 hours to raise a replacement request from the day you receive the product. You can submit a replacement request by emailing rongpolli@gmail.com, clearly stating your order tracking number and complete shipping address. Or, you can contact us by the numbers given on the website. You will receive an approval mail or a call from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.

Replacement request that is not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted. And you have three business days to return the product to our office. While returning the damaged product, please place the product in a packet; and the product must be unused, unwashed, and all the tags are intact. Keep the package ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our courier partner may initially check the product at the time of pickup, and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our office.

All damaged items must comply with our terms and conditions before replacement is processed. It may take 7-10 business days to complete the process of replacement. We add new collections daily, so we are sure that you will find a perfect attire from our ever-increasing collection.

Also, the replacement will be done only once. After that, no replacement or return can be done. In any case, the stitched product can’t be returned.

Please beware that rongpolli.com does not have any subsidiary or sub-domain. We function only this domain and brand name Rong Polli. Any complaints arising from transactions done on similar websites or platforms will not be entertained. So before purchasing, please double-check the seller name or the website or contact us for assurance.
